iBall has expanded its portfolio and launched the Netizen CompBook notebook in India. The laptop comes with a 4G SIM card slot, an Intel N3350 dual-core processor, a built-in 64GB storage and a 5000mAh battery. The new iBall CompBook Netizen has gone on sale exclusively on Shopclues and is already on sale. This comes after the launch of the iBall Slide Elan 3x32 tablet last year. The 10-inch iBall Slide Elan 3x32 tablet runs on Android 8.1 Oreo, with 3GB of RAM, 32GB of built-in storage capacity and a 7000mAh battery meant to provide up to 20 days of standby and 26 hours of talk time.

IBall CompBook users in India, availability

iBall CompBook Netizen is charged at the maximum retail price of Rs. 24,999, but is listed on Shopclues for an introductory price of Rs. 19,999. MobiKwik is offering Rs. 500 cashback with the purchase of this laptop, as part of the introductory offers. Shopclues also offered a wireless mouse and free data for three months with the new purchase of CompBook Netizen. It is available on Shopclues in a metallic gray color option only.

In terms of hardware, the iBall CompBook Netizen runs on Windows 10 and comes with a 4G SIM slot for increased data connectivity. The laptop sports a 14-inch FHD IPS multi-touch display and is powered by the Intel N3350 2.4GHz dual-core processor, coupled with 4GB of DDR3 RAM. There is 64GB of built-in storage with the ability to extend it further by using a microSD card slot (up to 128GB). There is another storage expansion provision, in which users can install a hard drive or SSD (up to 7 mm) inside the laptop.

In addition, the notebook comes with a 0.3 megapixel web camera, a USB 3.0 port, two USB 2.0 ports and an HDMI port. The iBall CompBook Netizen also contains a battery 37Wh / 38Wh of 5.000 mAh. Connectivity options include LAN, Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi 801.1 b / g / n. The dimensions of the laptop are 334x222x24mm and weighs only 1.32 kilograms, making it a lightweight and affordable option.
