General


  • Reduced armor damage reduced from -5 to -3


Developer's Comment: This change will be particularly noticeable for heroes shooting fast or gusty, such as shotguns, and dealing more than 6 damage per shot. For example, Soldier's Heavy Pulse rifle: 76 will now deal 16 damage per shot to opponents in armor, up from 14 previously (an increase of almost 15%).
